The coaching program encompasses the integration of 3 main areas:

Self-Awareness
This is achieved with the use of tools such as 360-degree survey and Strengths Finder and opportunity for self-reflection during coaching sessions.

Personal Development
This will vary based on the goals of the executive and the outcome of the 360-degree survey and will generally include:

  • Improving and refining communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Leading strategic change to meet the organization’s goals. This includes building a shared vision, strategic thinking, resilience, awareness of environmental changes and implications of these changes, flexibility, and creativity;
  • Results Driven to meet organizational goals by focusing on accountability, customer service, decisiveness, problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and technical credibility.
